Tomasz Mróz
Dr. Tomasz Mróz is an associate professor of philosophy at the Institute of Philosophy of the University of Zielona Góra. His main interest lies in the history of the reception of Plato᾿s philosophy. He has published many books and articles on the reception of Plato in Poland, among which his Plato in Poland 1800-1950: Types of Reception-Authors-Problems (Baden-Baden 2021) can be singled out. Dr. Mróz is also the main figure behind the Ancient Philosophy Reception Research Group based at the University of Zielona Góra.

Jaroslav Daneš
Dr. Jaroslav Daneš is an associate professor of classics at the Department of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the University of Hradec Králové. He focuses on the political thought of ancient Greece, especially the political thought of ancient Greek drama. His latest contributions to the field were published in the Classical Quarterly, Classical Philology, Mnemosyne, and Wiener Studien. His cooperation with other members (dr. Tomasz Mróz, dr. Salvatore di Piazza) of the international research team Oral History and the Classics started many years ago. Dr. Jaroslav Daneš is a principal investigator in a research project, Oral History and the Classics, funded by the Faculty of Philosophy.

Salvatore Di Piazza
Salvatore Di Piazza (1977) is an Associate Professor of Philosophy of Language at the University of Palermo, Membre associé of GRAL (Groupe de recherche en Rhétorique et en Argumentation Linguistique), and collaborateur scientifique of the Philixte (Centre de recherche en Études littéraires, philologiques et textuelles) at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB). In 2021-22 and 2022-23 he was also visiting professor at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg, Germany, Romanisches Seminar, italienische Kulturwissenschaft. His research focuses on various topics, including the conjectural dimension in ancient philosophy and semiotics, the role of language in the context of organised crime, the notion of faith and belief between philosophy and religion, and, in recent years, the connection between language and power in the Nazi regime. He is the author of several publications on these topics, including the following books: Parole cattive.
